Who knew pomegranates were in demand, even in June!
I painted this piece in response to a friend's request for one of my pomegranate paintings for the Neekoo Foundation inaugural fundraising event. I am pleased with the painting, its title, and the cause for which it will be raising funds. Funds raised from the event will help sponsor Iranian students through educational scholarships.
